Pálava 2021

The wines in this range are true gems, whether due to their small batch size, production method or level of maturity. This Pálava was made from unique grapes. During the harvest, we left one bunch on each vine in the vineyard and allowed it to ripen for a further month. During this time, the vine channelled all its strength into that single bunch. And you can taste that strength in this wine.

This wine fermented and matured in a small oak cask. Through maceration, the wine acquired an alluring rose-gold colour. It has a silky, floral aroma with hints of propolis. The captivating flavour reveals notes of blood orange and small, home-grown fruits from the orchard below Pálava, preserved in honey. A great, dry Pálava.

We recommend this wine with roast meat or spicy dishes.
