The sparkling colour of this wine perfectly evokes the sun’s reflection in the morning dew. A fresh aroma of hot limestone sprinkled with summer rain on an early evening meadow in Pálava. Flavours of nectarines, gooseberries and white currants, rounded off by the structured minerality of Mikulov.

We recommend serving this wine with fish, seafood and hard cheeses.
