If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from a purchase contract concluded online within 14 days without giving a reason. The period begins on the day on which you, or a third party designated by you, take delivery of the last item from the order. You can withdraw from the contract online using the form below — just as easily as you placed the order.
How the withdrawal will take place: In the form, select the relevant order, enter the email address and name stated in the order, and submit your request. Providing a reason is optional. As soon as you have submitted your request, we will send you a confirmation of receipt to the email address you provided.
Refunds and returns: The time limits and conditions for refunds of the purchase price and the return of goods, including the costs of return, are governed by Article 8 of our terms and conditions.
