Ten years of tradition in the heart of Mikulov
The Vinařství Fučík is built on traditions, family heritage and strong values. Blood is thicker than water, and if genuine Morava blood runs through your veins, it simply won’t let you rest. Our owner could certainly tell you a thing or two about that, Petr Fučík.
It was, in fact, his love of wine that brought him back from Prague to Mikulov ten years ago and led to the establishment not only of the Vinařství Fučík but also of the Ryzlink Hotel.

A family tradition and a clear philosophy
Petr Fučík’s dream was to build on his family’s winemaking tradition, whilst giving it a modern twist. To create a place where wine, stories and experiences come together. And to do so right beneath the iconic Svatý kopeček. That is how the Vinařství Fučík came into being.
The winery’s philosophy is simple yet powerful: wine should be natural, vibrant and a true reflection of the landscape in which it was born. That is precisely why our grapes ripen in the most beautiful vineyards in Mikulov and are also processed right there in Mikulov. The grapes thus make their journey from the vineyard to the winery in a matter of tens of minutes. No long journeys, no unnecessary delays. From the vineyard straight to the winery.

Natural wines born in Mikulov
You won’t find any artificial ingredients in our wines. The basis of every wine is high-quality, healthy and perfectly ripened grapes.
The harvest is traditionally carried out by hand to ensure the grapes are handled as gently as possible. This also allows us to carefully select the very best grapes for our fine wines. This is precisely how the unique wines of our premium Diamond range are created.
We currently tend to 7 hectares of vineyards, all located in the Mikulov area. Our most recent expansion took place in 2024, when we purchased the forty-year-old Svatý kopeček I vineyard, where the mineral-rich Ryzlink vlašský and the charming Chardonnay thrive exceptionally well.

A breath of fresh air in the barrels
Last year, the winery welcomed a key new addition – an oenologist Jan Koubek. A man who truly lives and breathes wine, bringing not only precision but also the courage to take on new challenges to Vinařství Fučík. It was under his guidance that our unique cuvée was created, which we treated ourselves to for our tenth anniversary.

Cuvée 10
Our birthday special is the perfect reflection of a decade in winemaking
This cuvée was created through a careful selection of the very best from the 2024 vintage, when the following came together in perfect harmony: Rulandské bílé, Pálava a Ryzlink vlašský.
It delights with its beautiful golden colour and a complex aroma of exotic fruit, with dominant notes of mandarin and lychee.
On the palate, it is robust, full of ripe fruit, with an elegant honeyed finish and a very long aftertaste.
We have had a decade of hard work and care for our vineyards, but also of joy from every grape and every bottle we have lovingly prepared for you.
