Chardonnay 2022

The wines in this range are unique gems, whether due to their small batch size, production method or level of maturity. We selected the finest portion of the Chardonnay harvest from that vintage, and this batch was left to mature on its lees for nine months in barrique casks.

This wine was fermented and matured in barrique casks for nine months. Golden in colour. Aromas of fine wood and oriental spices. A harmonious flavour of buttery pears, pomelo and physalis.

We recommend serving this wine with roast meat.
