This P\u00e9t-Nat<\/strong> It was produced using an ancient French method in which the wine, during fermentation, bottled by hand without the addition of sulphur<\/strong>, so that it can complete its fermentation directly in the bottle. This allows it to retain its natural qualities, vibrancy and unique character.<\/p>\n

Every bottle is unique. Just like the wine itself, which develops slightly differently in each bottle. It is a wine that lives a life of its own \u2013 like a river of time flowing into the delta of possible tomorrows.<\/p>\n

This version is made with the full yeast lees, which give the wine a more pronounced structure, as well as a robust flavour and aroma. The wine is full of life, minerality and natural energy.<\/p>\n

What\u2019s more, each bottle features an original spray-painted label, which we \u2013 J\u00e1chym and Hanka \u2013 create by hand at the winery. This means that every bottle looks slightly different. The 2024 vintage features shades of blue, green, yellow and brown.<\/p>\n
